Creator Relations – Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee partnerships with creators, primarily focusing on TikTok content creators across the EU, US, and DACH regions.

• Identify, pitch, and onboard creators to collaborate with TikFinity.

• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, incorporating fixed fees and affiliate models.

• Manage daily interactions and relationships with creators.

• Participate in livestreams, engage with streamers and agencies, gather insights, and relay feedback to the team.

• Organize and execute events aimed at fostering relationships with creators and agencies.

• Expand partnerships to other platforms and B2B opportunities when suitable.

• Oversee the creator aspect of TikFinity’s marketing, encompassing partnerships, community engagement, and events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creator relations, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a comparable creator-facing position.

• Strong comprehension of the creator and streaming economy, particularly regarding TikTok.

• Practical, operational approach to daily tasks.

• Tenacity and ability to follow through, even with repetitive tasks.

• Comfortable approaching creators, pitching ideas, and negotiating agreements.

• Proficiency in utilizing Claude in daily operations and achieving tangible results.

• Capability to plan and manage events from start to finish.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Residing in Germany or Austria, or in a similar time zone.
