Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios and assist creators in enhancing their platform visibility while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard both emerging and established creators.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to facilitate talent bookings for campaigns.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Formulate content strategies tailored for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to define overall strategy and grow Grail’s talent roster.

• Manage creator careers, audience expansion, and content monetization initiatives.

• Implement influencer marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness through comprehensive analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in the UK / seeking the top managers available in the UK.

• Familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work independently and pursue your own objectives.

• Willingness to work diligently to complete tasks.

• Bonus: experience in talent management, social media influencing, sales, or marketing agencies.
