Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios and assist creators in enhancing their platform visibility while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, concentrating on both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to book talent for various campaigns.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Formulate content strategies tailored for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to define company strategy and broaden the talent roster.

• Manage creators' careers, audience development, and content monetization.

• Operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced remote setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and propel your own initiatives.

• Eagerness to put in effort to achieve results.

• Bonus: experience in talent management, social media influencing, sales, or marketing agencies.
