• Oversee the careers of creators, aiding them in audience growth and content monetization.

• Manage influencer portfolios while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and recruit both emerging and established creators.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels utilizing internal software and expertise.

• Create content strategies tailored to client needs.

• Establish and cultivate relationships with brands and agencies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and expand Grail's talent roster.

• Operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic remote setting.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
