Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios and assist creators in enhancing their platform visibility

• Secure brand partnerships for creators

• Identify and onboard new creators, including both emerging and well-established influencers

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels

• Formulate content strategies for clients

• Work collaboratively with internal teams on overall company strategy and talent roster expansion

• Manage creator careers and support them in monetizing their content

• Analyze campaign effectiveness using comprehensive analytics

• Proficient understanding of major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Capability to work independently and pursue your own objectives

• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies
