Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee the careers of content creators, assisting them in audience growth and content monetization.

• Manage influencer portfolios, helping talent enhance their presence on platforms while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, concentrating on both emerging and established influencers.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored for clients.

• Establish and maintain partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for various campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and expand the roster of Grail Talent.

• Utilize in-house software and expertise for effective creator management.

• Operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic remote setting.

• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work independently and pursue your own objectives.

• A proactive attitude to ensure tasks are completed successfully.

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influence, sales, or marketing agencies.
