Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance influencer portfolios

• Assist creators in expanding their platform visibility and obtaining brand partnerships

• Identify and onboard new creators, ranging from emerging to established influencers

• Foster and maintain relationships with brands and agencies

• Secure top talent for various campaigns

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels

• Formulate content strategies for clients

• Work in collaboration with internal teams on comprehensive strategies

• Contribute to the growth of Grail Talent’s roster of talent

• Operate independently in a fast-paced, remote work setting

• Knowledge of major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Capability to work independently and manage your own priorities

• Determination to complete tasks effectively

• Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is preferred
