Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios and assist creators in enhancing their platform visibility.

• Secure brand partnerships for creators.

• Identify and onboard new creators, including both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies.

• Arrange bookings for top talent in various campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop overall strategy and expand the talent roster.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored for clients.

• Support creators in growing their audiences and monetizing their content.

• Utilize in-house software and expertise to manage the careers of creators.

• Operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced remote setting.

• Knowledge of major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and drive personal initiatives.

• Determination to complete tasks effectively.

• Submission of a resume and cover letter outlining experience and qualifications.

• Background in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is a plus.
