Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios while assisting creators in enhancing their platform visibility and securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, concentrating on both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to book talent for various campaigns.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies and expand the talent roster.

• Manage the careers of creators, their audience growth, and content monetization.

• Operate independently and remotely in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capable of working independently and managing your own agenda.

• A proactive attitude with a strong drive to complete tasks.

• Submission of a resume and cover letter is mandatory.

• Bonus: Prior experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies.
