Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios and assist creators in enhancing their platform visibility while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, targeting both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to book talent for various campaigns.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Formulate content strategies tailored for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to shape overall strategy and grow Grail Talent’s roster of talent.

• Supervise creator careers, audience expansion, and content monetization efforts.

• Operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic remote setting.

• Knowledge of major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work independently and pursue your own objectives.

• Eagerness to put in the effort needed to accomplish tasks.

• Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is advantageous.
