This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert approved Figma designs into production-ready components and pages utilizing Kiro and Figma-to-code tools.
• Evaluate, test, and refine AI-generated code prior to merging.
• Create a shared component library for new client websites.
• Ensure design tokens are code-owned and align with each client's branding.
• Verify that forms, calls to action, confirmation states, links, and lead-capture processes function correctly.
• Manage the pipeline from Git to Tina Cloud CMS, covering branching, pull request reviews, build verification, and publishing.
• Assist in the transition to AWS.
• Maintain reliable builds and troubleshoot any failures.
• Document release standards.
• Oversee the draft, preview, publish, and rebuild cycles for client content updates.
• Specify editable client fields while ensuring layout and design remain code-owned.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for client site inquiries.
• Monitor and enhance site performance, Core Web Vitals, image delivery, and production reliability.
• Manage page metadata, redirects, canonical URLs, sitemap behavior, analytics, and approved tracking integrations.
• Collaborate with designers, clients, engineers, and the Dev Services team to uphold architecture and security standards.
• Act as the quality assurance check between approved creative and live websites.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and delivering production websites.
• Experience directing AI coding tools (such as Kiro, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) and a strong ability to assess when their output requires modification.
• Proficient in Git-based workflows, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with modern static site frameworks.
• Experience working with a headless CMS, including content modeling.
• Practical experience with AWS, including Amplify, S3, and CloudFront for provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).
• Strong visual and web judgment pertaining to typography, spacing, responsive behavior, imagery, content hierarchy, and interaction design.
• Ability to communicate clearly with designers, clients, and engineers.
