Creative Strategist – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Create innovative, high-viral-potential formats for TikTok, Reels, and Meta Ads.

• Develop series that debunk harmful products, address controversial topics, and demonstrate real-world tests.

• Monitor and evaluate performance on Meta and TikTok ad accounts.

• Offer structured, actionable recommendations for creative strategies.

• Identify successful organic content and convert it into advertisements.

• Generate variations of hooks, calls to action, and angles to enhance campaign scalability.

• Compose performance-driven scripts and briefs.

• Provide guidance to content creators and editors.

• Supervise UGC creators and editors without personally managing the editing tasks.

• Ensure alignment with the strategic vision and the native conventions of each platform.

• Track metrics such as Watch Time, Hook Rate, ROAS, and CPA.

• Continuously refine and adapt strategies based on performance outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creative advertising strategy.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Meta and/or TikTok advertising platforms.

• Familiarity with platform algorithms, formats, and emerging trends.

• Ability to translate data insights into engaging creative concepts.

• Exceptional writing skills, with the capability to clarify technical subjects related to health, ingredients, and sustainability.

• A blend of analytical thinking and strong creativity.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Competency in briefing creators, challenging concepts, and advocating for innovative ideas.

• Submit a video no longer than 1 minute via Loom.

• Provide 2–3 examples of organic or paid advertising creative work.

• Give a critique of the existing content and suggest a controversial angle to explore.
