Creative Services Specialist, 3D Animator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create, light, animate, and render 3D content that visualizes products, systems, and capabilities.

• Edit and finalize video content, integrating animation, motion graphics, audio, titles, and live footage.

• Convert engineering and technical information into clear and engaging visual narratives.

• Utilize AI-supported tools in accordance with company policies.

• Oversee individual tasks and smaller components within larger projects.

• Keep files organized and adhere to deadlines while receiving guidance from team leads.

• Implement brand standards in all delivered assets.

• Work collaboratively with creative colleagues, marketing teams, engineers, program teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Integrate feedback while upholding quality and precision.

• Manage shared asset libraries, project files, and rendering pipelines.

• Provide support for marketing initiatives, customer engagements, events, and internal communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.

• Proficient in industry-standard 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal Engine, Maya, or 3ds Max.

• Familiar with rendering tools like Redshift, Octane, or Arnold.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Understanding of color grading, basic compositing, and sound design.

• Experience in motion graphics and 2D animation.

• Comfortable working with CAD or engineering model data.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for events, shoots, or on-site production support.
