This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Take ownership of resource planning for all ongoing and upcoming creative projects.
β’ Keep updated records of team availability, workload, project timelines, and capacity.
β’ Spot capacity shortages, scheduling conflicts, and obstacles.
β’ Monitor utilization rates and assist leadership in evaluating over- or under-capacity.
β’ Anticipate future resource requirements based on the studio pipeline.
β’ Align projects with internal team members according to their skills, experience, availability, and project requirements.
β’ Collaborate with Creative Producers and creative leaders to form project teams.
β’ Facilitate staffing for new business opportunities and incoming projects.
β’ Manage staffing adjustments as project scopes, timelines, and priorities evolve.
β’ Coordinate internal staffing across shoots and ensure transparency in the studio-wide shoot calendar.
β’ Maintain precise resource plans and staffing data.
β’ Develop and sustain systems, trackers, and dashboards for effective resource planning.
β’ Enhance staffing decision-making processes.
β’ Assist leadership in understanding resource implications before commitments are finalized.
β’ Must reside in the United States.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in resource management, creative operations, project coordination, creative production, or a related field.
β’ Strong comprehension of creative production workflows, including pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production.
β’ Highly organized with an exceptional eye for detail.
β’ Naturally proactive and capable of identifying potential issues early on.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate trust with creatives, project leads, and leadership.
β’ Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting to shifting timelines.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capable of making informed decisions with limited information.
β’ Resourceful, persistent, and at ease working without a strict playbook.
β’ Proficient with spreadsheets and quick to adapt to new tools.
β’ Willingness to work late nights and weekends when necessary.
