This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Evaluate creative materials for MLR regulatory compliance prior to the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review by the client.
• Conduct final quality assurance checks on approved landing pages, advertisements, emails, and creative materials before their launch.
• Utilize Veeva Vault PromoMats by annotating assets, overseeing claims and references, tracking submissions, and preparing 2253 filings.
• Uphold brand, design, specification, and style-guide standards across healthcare deliverables.
• Assess copy for grammatical accuracy, tone, message precision, approved claims, and adherence to the client's brand voice.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance QA standards, checklists, compliance guides, and review processes.
• Manage Asana boards and track deliverables effectively.
• Organize timelines, feedback loops, task management, client stakeholders, and points of contact for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-channel project managers on shared deliverables.
• Arrange client-supplied assets within Power Digital’s file structure.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve and optimize business workflows.
• Use Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem for departmental operations.
• Create repeatable QA checkpoints for pre-submission and pre-launch processes.
• Oversee the Veeva PromoMats workflow for designated accounts.
• Foster an effective workflow with Creative Project Managers to ensure QA facilitates rather than hinders delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production, whether in an agency or in-house, with direct involvement in MLR review processes.
• Familiarity with FDA OPDP guidelines and 21 CFR 202 is required.
• Understanding of fair balance, ISI placement, and the rules surrounding branded, unbranded, and disease-awareness content, as well as 2253 filing obligations.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats is highly desirable.
• A keen eye for maintaining brand consistency, design quality, and copy accuracy across various digital formats.
• Capability to document, uphold, and enhance QA standards independently.
• Proficiency in reviewing creative work and delivering clear, actionable feedback to designers, copywriters, and freelancers.
• Competency with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Experience working alongside project management teams in a dynamic agency setting.
• Veeva PromoMats certification, modular content strategy experience, or experience with both pharma-regulated and non-regulated healthcare clients is a plus.
