Creative Project Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee video projects from initiation to completion.

• Monitor deadlines, revisions, and deliverables.

• Conduct quality assurance on finished videos, focusing on pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting.

• Offer clear and actionable feedback for revisions to video editors.

• Ensure organized project workflows and effective communication within the team.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong abilities in project coordination and time management.

• Capable of identifying errors, inconsistencies, and missing elements.

• Able to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced remote work environment.

• Preferred: Experience in video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency work, or performance marketing.
