Creative Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee numerous creative projects from initiation to final execution.

• Manage project schedules, priorities, and deliverables between clients and internal creative teams.

• Lead communication with clients, offering regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Supervise creative calendars to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

• Collaborate with senior creative leadership on marketing and creative strategy initiatives.

• Assist in ongoing creative optimization for eCommerce brands and digital marketing campaigns.

• Evaluate deliverables to guarantee quality assurance and alignment with client expectations.

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, designers, and cross-functional teams.

• Recognize project risks, manage competing priorities, and proactively address issues.

• Cultivate strong client relationships while championing both client needs and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Creative Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, or a comparable role.

• Prior experience in a creative agency, digital marketing agency, or eCommerce setting.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple creative projects concurrently.

• Strong communication skills with clients and effective stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, including designers and marketing professionals.

• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment while handling competing priorities.

• Familiarity with creative tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or similar applications.

• Solid understanding of digital marketing and creative production processes.

• Professional-level proficiency in English communication.
