This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +1 more country.
• Elevate and integrate the standards of creative execution throughout the creative department.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative Strategy.
• Recognize deficiencies in current creative outputs and transform insights into standards, examples, frameworks, and training materials.
• Detect ongoing skill and quality gaps in graphic design, video production, creative execution, and performance-oriented thinking.
• Design and deliver live training sessions, creative workshops, audits, reviews, playbooks, frameworks, example libraries, benchmarks, feedback systems, and continuous capability programs.
• Assist Creative Strategists in enhancing their creative judgment.
• Educate the team to identify effective creative work, provide constructive feedback, diagnose issues, enhance future creations, differentiate execution problems from briefing or strategy concerns, and make autonomous creative decisions.
• Leverage AI to speed up established creative production and increase scalability.
• Create comprehensive AI production workflows that include AI-generated video, images, voiceovers, user-generated content, automated processes, and interconnected tools.
• Facilitate live training sessions with Visual Creators and/or Creative Strategists.
• Conduct creative audits and implement training programs.
• Prepare training resources.
• Update and enhance playbooks.
• Develop and train on AI workflows.
• Conduct regular working sessions with the Head of Creative Strategy.
• Enhance team capabilities and ensure high-performing creative outputs can be consistently reproduced without direct management of the team.
• Over 3 years of experience in performance-driven creative work.
• Experience in direct-response advertising for paid social media platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
• Proven track record of producing performance creative at scale, meeting volume, testing, and performance demands.
• Knowledge of the elements that contribute to ad conversion.
• Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, or upskilling creative teams.
• Capability to transform expertise into training materials, playbooks, frameworks, systems, and documentation.
• Familiarity with AI tools for image generation, video creation, and voiceover production.
• Ability to conceptualize AI-enabled production workflows.
• Willingness to work across Australian and United States time zones.
• Availability for occasional live training sessions around 4–5pm AEST.
• Access to reliable high-speed WiFi.
• Must own a laptop.
• A functional workspace setup is required.
• Must currently reside in Australia or New Zealand.
• Compensation provided in USD.
