
Creative Production Specialist β Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +3 more countries.
β’ Elevate and integrate the standards of creative execution throughout the creative department.
β’ Detect quality deficiencies and transform insights into standards, examples, frameworks, and training materials.
β’ Recognize recurring skill and quality deficiencies in graphic design, video production, creative execution, and performance thinking.
β’ Design and deliver live training sessions, creative workshops, audits, reviews, playbooks, frameworks, example libraries, benchmarks, feedback systems, and continuous capability programs.
β’ Assist Creative Strategists in identifying effective versus ineffective creative work.
β’ Instruct the team on providing specific and constructive creative feedback while diagnosing creative challenges.
β’ Aid the team in enhancing future creative outputs and distinguishing execution issues from briefing or strategic problems.
β’ Develop AI-enhanced production workflows utilizing AI-generated videos, images, voiceovers, UGC, automated workflows, and interconnected tools.
β’ Expedite the production of validated creative content using AI while maintaining quality standards.
β’ Collaborate with Visual Creators and Creative Strategists.
β’ Conduct live training, creative audits, training preparation, playbook creation, AI workflow development, and collaborative sessions with the Head of Creative Strategy.
β’ Set the execution standard and initiate training programs within the first 30 days.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in performance creative.
β’ Background in direct-response advertising for paid social platforms like Meta and TikTok.
β’ Experience in producing performance creative at scale, focusing on volume, testing, and results.
β’ Understanding of the elements that contribute to ad conversion.
β’ Proven experience in training, mentoring, or upskilling creative teams.
β’ Capability to convert expertise into training materials, playbooks, frameworks, systems, and documentation.
β’ Familiarity with AI tools for image generation, video creation, and voiceovers.
β’ Ability to collaborate across AU and US time zones.
β’ Primary availability during Australian business hours.
β’ Occasional overlap with US time zones for live training sessions around 4β5pm AEST.
β’ Access to reliable high-speed WiFi.
β’ Must have a personal laptop.
β’ A functional workspace setup is required.
β’ Must currently reside in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or the United States.
β’ Flexible part-time schedule of 8 hours per week, available as either 1 full day or 2 half days.
