Creative Production Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary internal advocate for the client.

• Develop and uphold delivery schedules that are client-facing.

• Monitor tasks and deliverables for assigned accounts on a monthly basis.

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely and on-brief completion of tasks and deliverables.

• Evaluate all production outputs, approve work that aligns with client briefs, and offer feedback and guidance as necessary.

• Participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly check-ins with clients.

• Promptly escalate and resolve any content or strategy issues that arise.

• Review editorial, design, and video materials prior to client delivery.

• Oversee multiple delivery schedules, processes, and competing commercial and internal priorities.

• Distribute time effectively across client communication, internal communication, delivery reviews, product planning, and various other tasks.

• Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to production teams.

• Comprehensive product knowledge and a profound understanding of production workflows.

• Skill in developing new or tailored approaches to client deliverables.

• Meticulous record-keeping practices.

• Strong editorial and written communication competencies.

• Effective interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail.

• Proficient computer skills, including expertise in proprietary software and industry tools.

• Capability to work at a computer during standard business hours.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
