Creative Production Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary internal advocate for the client

• Develop and uphold delivery schedules that are client-facing

• Monitor tasks and deliverables for assigned accounts on a monthly basis

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely creation of tasks and deliverables that adhere to briefs

• Evaluate all production deliverables, endorse on-brief work, and offer feedback and direction as necessary

• Participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly client check-ins

• Quickly and effectively address and resolve content or strategy issues

• Review editorial, design, and video outputs prior to client delivery

• Oversee multiple delivery schedules, processes, and balancing commercial and internal priorities

• Distribute time effectively across client communication, internal communication, delivery reviews, product planning, and miscellaneous tasks

• Strong background in creativity, ideally with a focus on editorial

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with both colleagues and clients

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with proprietary software and industry tools

• In-depth product knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of production processes

• Capability to interpret and enhance client briefs into actionable plans

• Skill in providing clear and constructive feedback to production teams

• Meticulous record-keeping practices

• Strong editorial and written communication capabilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Proficiency in English and German

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

• A minimum of two years of relevant work experience

• Ability to work on a computer during standard working hours
