Creative Production Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, format, and produce top-notch proposal documents, presentations, graphics, and bid materials.

• Take full responsibility for the proposal efforts pertaining to the product line.

• Develop graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, process flows, organizational charts, and various visual assets.

• Design and format proposal documents, executive summaries, slide presentations, and client-facing bid materials.

• Transform complex technical information into clear and engaging visual narratives.

• Maintain and improve proposal templates, style guides, graphic libraries, and reusable visual resources.

• Ensure that graphics and documents are consistent, precise, accessible, and aligned with brand standards and client expectations.

• Assist with document assembly, formatting, proofreading coordination, quality checks, and preparation of final files.

• Monitor design revisions, production timelines, and submission requirements for ongoing projects.

• Aid in the final digital and print production, including PDFs, packaging files, and materials ready for submission.

• Enhance design and production workflows.

• Provide support to business development leadership with presentation materials, competitive insights, and market data.

• Collaborate with proposal managers, business development teams, technical subject-matter experts, sales teams, and marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, document production, proposal support, or a related field.

• Experience collaborating with government and international clients.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.

• Excellent academic record.

• Demonstrated ability in analytics.

• Proven leadership experience in a professional environment and/or through extracurricular activities.

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to work collaboratively within a team setting.

• Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.

• Capability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively in verbal, visual, and written formats.

• Proven track record of dedication, reliability, high standards, and kindness.

• Submission of a portfolio or work samples is required upon application.
