Creative Production Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and specifications.

• Create high-quality content utilizing videography, photography, production software, equipment, and techniques.

• Set up, record, and edit audio communications for standalone pieces or integrated projects of professional quality.

• Edit motion video footage, apply special effects, adjust sound recordings, and enhance color during post-production.

• Consult with stakeholders at every stage: pre-production, production, and post-production.

• Support live events such as podcasts, webinars, all-company meetings, and off-site gatherings.

• Maintain and oversee equipment and systems used for presentations and conferencing.

• Explore and adopt new editing technologies and industry best practices to enhance efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program.

• Preferred enrollment in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience with digital technology and editing software suites (e.g., Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut X, or iMovie).

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Self-driven with a strong inclination towards action, results, and continuous improvement.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure.

• Minimal travel required.

• Reliable internet access for periods of remote work outside a Workiva office.
