Creative Production Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee video projects from initiation to final delivery

• Monitor deadlines, revisions, and deliverables

• Conduct quality assurance on finished videos, focusing on pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting

• Offer clear and actionable feedback for revisions to video editors

• Maintain organized workflows and facilitate communication throughout the team

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong abilities in project coordination and time management

• Capable of identifying errors, inconsistencies, and missing information

• Able to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Comfortable in a fast-paced remote work setting

• Experience in video editing/quality assurance, creative operations, video production, agency work, or performance marketing is preferred
