Creative Production – Communications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Implement and maintain brand standards across all creative outputs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business goals and create creative briefs and communication materials

• Design, produce, and edit multimedia content for both internal and external communications, including digital, video, print, presentations, and web-based formats

• Manage creative projects from initiation to delivery

• Prioritize tasks, oversee timelines, and provide updates on project progress

• Work in partnership with internal teams and external vendors

• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using project management software

• Assist in scheduling production and coordinating resources across various projects

• Enhance creative processes and workflows

• Evaluate deliverables for precision, quality, brand alignment, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards

• Facilitate communication and feedback among stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned

• Adhere to all policies and standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Graphic Design, Video Production, or a similar discipline

• Over 5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or creative communications (preferred)

• Proven experience in managing multiple creative projects and handling production schedules (preferred)

• Background in a healthcare organization or another regulated industry is advantageous (preferred)

• Familiarity with brand standards, creative briefs, multimedia content, project timelines, workflows, and project management tools

• Capacity to assess deliverables for legal and regulatory compliance
