This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take full ownership of one Instagram account, overseeing everything from research and source evaluation to the complete post package and final organized delivery.
β’ Extract insights from keynotes, training sessions, podcasts, interviews, testimonials, books, speeches, social performance, and raw footage to uncover compelling ideas, precise claims, emotional moments, and evidence.
β’ Manage concepts, hooks, structures, scripts, captions, on-screen text, pacing, graphics, sound, calls to action, edits/design, and the final presentation.
β’ Develop at least three impactful versions of each core reel, featuring different starting points, headlines, or hooks, along with ad-ready CTA or banner exports.
β’ Create organic and paid-ready versions of static posts and carousels.
β’ Leverage organic responses and downstream paid-performance feedback to enhance angles, formats, hooks, audience selections, and creative decisions.
β’ Ensure accurate naming, source references, project files, metadata, multiple timelines, export presets, and organized folders for both organic and ad-ready content.
β’ Suggest new formats, templates, and creative opportunities.
β’ Establish an onboarding schedule with a frequency of every other day, aiming to produce one reel and one static piece ready for daily publication per account by day 90.
β’ Generate monthly static content using reusable Figma templates and established language/data.
β’ Utilize AI to search transcripts and media, analyze performance, identify angles, create hooks/captions, produce selects, assemble rough edits, design editable Figma layouts, establish variations, and automate repetitive tasks.
β’ Enhance the production system through improved searches, connectors, prompts, skills, templates, project structures, reporting loops, naming logic, and automation.
β’ Deliver polished, accurate, labeled, and organized work after conducting creative, factual, and technical quality control.
β’ Aim for 1,000 combined shares, comments, and saves per post, excluding likes.
β’ Continuously assess performance and use audience feedback as research.
β’ Collaborate closely with Scaling.com, social strategy, paid marketing, copy, and the wider creative team.
β’ Report directly to Raleigh Norton, Head of Content and Executive Producer.
β’ Occasionally travel to keynotes or events to capture source material.
β’ Demonstrated ability as a short-form storyteller and visual producer with strong instincts for hooks, pacing, emotion, platform-native taste, and clarity.
β’ Skilled producer/editor capable of generating ideas, selecting angles, crafting communication, and executing productions.
β’ Experience integrating ChatGPT or Claude, connectors, plugins, data, and creative tools into effective workflows, with supporting evidence of enhancement.
β’ Proficient in Premiere Pro or a similar tool.
β’ Adequate skills in Figma, motion design, captioning, and sound to independently deliver completed video and static projects.
β’ Ability to maintain the authentic voice of a thought leader while ensuring communication is focused, memorable, and impactful.
β’ Proven track record in delivering the required volume, quality, variation, ownership, and audience engagement levels.
β’ Three examples of work that you personally wrote, produced, and edited, including reels and static or carousel content.
β’ Demonstrated workflow supported by AI using connectors and tools.
β’ Capability to propose unique reel angles, static treatments, and paid derivatives.
β’ Willingness to complete a paid working exercise if shortlisted.
