This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of comprehensive project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk evaluations.
• Lead the project scoping and readiness phase prior to resource allocation.
• Oversee team workflows, manage resource distribution, and develop staffing plans across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Assist in vendor strategy and cultivate relationships with scenic fabricators, technical partners, and experiential specialists.
• Manage internal stakeholder expectations, project scope, and overall satisfaction.
• Act as a creative production authority across various brand experiences.
• Assess the feasibility of concepts, scalability, production efficiency, and execution requirements.
• Harmonize creative aspirations with production realities and budget limitations.
• Facilitate purpose-driven storytelling for physical brand executions.
• Coordinate efforts among creative, strategy, production, media, and client-facing teams.
• Foster stakeholder alignment across different departments.
• Spot opportunities for brand activation and experiential marketing.
• Enhance workflows, systems, and creative production practices to boost operational efficiency.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in creative production.
• Proven ability to manage multiple intricate creative projects at the same time.
• Strong grasp of the creative process.
• Experience collaborating with Creative Directors, designers, and creative leaders.
• Background in an in-house creative team or internal creative agency; agency experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Workfront or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies and the capability to integrate AI tools into production workflows.
• Robust project management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning skills.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments and handle ambiguity effectively.
• Strong systems-thinking approach.
• Experience in supporting experiential marketing, brand activations, creative production, or large-scale creative campaigns is highly desirable.
• Must possess legal authorization to live and work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
