Creative Producer, AI-Driven

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Utilize AI tools to create both static and video advertising content.

• Curate and guide the generation of AI outputs, making necessary modifications as needed.

• Oversee the entire creative process from concept development to final production without the involvement of designers.

• Research target demographics, competitor tactics, and prevailing market trends.

• Discover new creative possibilities.

• Convert experiment results into hypotheses and outline subsequent testing strategies.

• Analyze, interpret, and validate analytics data.

• Make informed strategic decisions based on analytics findings.

• Collaborate with the team daily to discuss acquisition results and business metrics.

• Introduce innovative ideas and methods to meet team objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in promoting mobile applications and developing creative strategies at scale, particularly for web2app flow and META.

• Background in creating original creatives and employing AI tools for generation.

• Strong grasp of metrics and analysis, with the ability to derive actionable conclusions for further steps.

• A growth-oriented mindset and exceptional adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.

• A proactive approach and readiness to directly operate tools, delve into specifics, and manage workflows independently.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to handle extensive analytics, identify trends, generate actionable insights, and verify AI-generated data.

• A curiosity about AI and a desire to use AI tools to enhance and scale marketing initiatives.

• A background in design roles, such as Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or Marketing Designer, is highly advantageous.

• Experience in discovering new funnels, launching products to market, and scaling existing funnels or products is a significant plus.
