This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of resource allocation for all ongoing and future creative projects.
• Ensure visibility into team availability, workload, project timelines, and upcoming capacity.
• Recognize capacity shortfalls, scheduling conflicts, and possible bottlenecks.
• Monitor utilization to assist leadership in understanding team capacity.
• Anticipate future resource requirements based on the studio's project pipeline.
• Align projects with internal team members according to their skills, experience, availability, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers and creative leads to form project teams.
• Assist in staffing for new business ventures and incoming projects.
• Manage staffing adjustments as project scopes, timelines, and priorities evolve.
• Coordinate internal staffing for shoots and keep visibility on the studio-wide shoot calendar.
• Develop and maintain systems, trackers, and dashboards for resource and project management.
• Enhance project planning, staffing, kickoff, tracking, and handoff processes.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and formulate effective solutions.
• Establish consistent processes for Creative Producers and creative teams.
• Recognize opportunities for automation and minimize unnecessary coordination.
• Assist leadership in grasping the operational implications of upcoming work before commitments are finalized.
• Must reside in the United States.
• 3–5 years of experience in creative operations, resource management, project coordination, creative production, or a related domain.
• Strong knowledge of creative production workflows, encompassing pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
• Proactive by nature with the ability to foresee potential issues early on.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster trust with creatives, project leads, and leadership.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting to constantly changing timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of making informed decisions even with incomplete information.
• Resourceful, determined, and at ease working without a strict guideline.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and project management tools, and quick to adapt to new systems.
• Naturally inclined to seek better methods for team collaboration.
• Must be willing to work late nights and weekends as necessary; this is not a typical 9-5 role.
