This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Drive ongoing improvements in operational practices to enhance the performance and efficiency of the embedded Scaled Creative Production studio.
• Lead the implementation of AI tools, optimize workflow processes, conduct asset reviews and quality control, ensure brand compliance, manage reporting, analyze cost-efficiency, troubleshoot technical issues, allocate team resources, and communicate with client stakeholders.
• Spearhead an AI-driven strategy across creative workflows to expedite asset delivery.
• Establish and uphold comprehensive operational processes from the initial brief to final delivery.
• Oversee project pipelines, covering intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and tracking using tools like Asana.
• Create production timelines and address potential delays proactively.
• Anticipate capacity risks based on project volume and complexity.
• Utilize generative AI and multi-agent workflows to enhance production efficiency and ensure consistency.
• Streamline team processes and aid in the development of onboarding documentation.
• Allocate resources including internal staff, vendors, and freelancers for optimal outcomes.
• Supervise the execution and delivery of multiple creative projects concurrently, including editorial and multi-market scaling briefs.
• Develop project plans and timelines while monitoring progress.
• Identify and address risks and challenges that may affect project success.
• Conduct quality control on all outputs to minimize errors in the final deliverables.
• Manage internal systems to track time and effort, informing resource planning and cost analysis.
• Act as the operational point of contact between the studio and key client stakeholders.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status updates, and post-mortem reviews.
• Maintain communication protocols and documentation, including SLAs, style guides, and brief templates.
• Integrate client-approved proprietary AI software and automation platforms.
• Ensure the creative team is skilled in project management, digital asset management, and collaboration platforms.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in creative operations and production management within a client-facing, in-house creative department or agency.
• Demonstrated expertise in establishing, managing, and optimizing complex creative workflows across digital, print, video, and other channels.
• Proven background in quality control and brand compliance.
• Experience in integrating automation tools into the creative process.
• Expert-level proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Workfront, or Smartsheet.
• Proficient in analyzing and reporting on output and cost efficiency.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
• Experience managing a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience working with Google proprietary AI tools, including Gemini, Veo, Imagen, Google Flow, Music AI Sandbox, Nano Banana, and Google Stitch.
