Creative Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create engaging creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, and Google traffic channels

• Collaborate with designers to produce visually and textually compelling content tailored to each platform

• Generate and refine creative concepts from initial ideation to final execution

• Conduct competitor analysis to inspire and inform the design team

• Investigate user behavior and funnels to pinpoint performance influencers

• Partner with the user acquisition team along with analytics, product, and B2B departments

• Evaluate creative testing outcomes and compile organized reports for product and marketing teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in performance marketing, particularly with app and/or web projects

• KPI-focused approach, with daily involvement in CPA, CTR, and ROI metrics

• Proficient understanding of how to achieve and optimize target KPIs

• Experience in developing detailed technical briefs for designers

• Demonstrated experience in conducting competitor and market analysis and applying insights for strategic planning

• Confident use of analytical and data visualization tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau

• Skilled in managing a backlog, prioritizing tasks, planning creative launches, and coordinating production phases

• B2 level proficiency in English
