📋 Description

• Transform customer insights, market research, and performance analytics into innovative hypotheses.

• Leverage AI to reinvent the processes of idea generation, validation, and production.

• Partner with Design, User Acquisition, Growth, and Product teams to initiate, test, and expand creative concepts.

• Assess ad performance through metrics beyond CTR and CAC.

• Produce actionable insights for ongoing optimization and enhancement of results.

• Investigate new formats, perspectives, and narratives.

• Assist in constructing an AI-driven creative production framework that encompasses research, ideation, testing, iteration, and scaling.

• A systems-oriented mindset for optimizing the creative production workflow.

• Strong analytical skills focused on consumer insights, storytelling, testing, and iteration.
