Creative Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee video projects from initiation to final delivery

• Monitor timelines, revisions, and project outputs

• Conduct quality assurance on finished videos, focusing on pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting

• Offer precise and actionable feedback for revisions to video editors

• Hold introductory discussions with potential clients

• Ensure organized project workflows and maintain clear communication within the team

• Proficient in both written and spoken English

• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong skills in project management and time management

• Background in sales and/or account management

• Confident and professional during client interactions

• Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines independently

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced remote setting

• Preferred: Experience in creative operations, video editing/quality assurance, video production, agency work, or performance marketing
