CRE Loan Closer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with loan processes from approval to funding and subsequent post-closing tasks.

• Act as the main point of contact for onboarding and coordinating transactions.

• Conduct due diligence, regulatory compliance, and procedural evaluations.

• Request and assess lien searches, credit reports, insurance, taxes, and third-party documentation.

• Draft closing statements.

• Track approvals throughout the process.

• Confirm wire instructions and facilitate funding coordination.

• Aid in post-closing asset management functions, including handling deposits, memos, and refunds.

• Collaborate with borrowers, advisors, legal representatives, and internal teams to guarantee prompt and precise execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline.

• 2 to 10 years of experience in commercial lending, banking, loan operations, or transaction management.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient multitasking capabilities.
