Coupa Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the VP of Transformation to integrate S&P workstreams, markets, functions, and enabling teams.

• Oversee market and functional activation initiatives across Coupa, operations, change/comms, countries, readiness milestones, workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement.

• Manage the unified program plan, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and action tracking.

• Evaluate activation readiness, pinpoint gaps or risks, and ensure follow-up with responsible workstream owners.

• Organize program meetings, leadership updates, working sessions, agendas, materials, decisions, and action follow-through.

• Recognize and coordinate inter-workstream dependencies, handoffs, and sequencing.

• Track risks, issues, decisions, and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution.

• Foster connectivity among S&P, Finance, GSS, markets, Change, Technology, and other affected teams.

• Compile workstream updates into dashboards, status reports, and leadership-ready progress summaries.

• Strengthen accountability for commitments, deliverables, decisions, and timelines throughout the transformation.
