This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the development and expansion of cfab in the United States.
• Formulate and implement the local market strategy aligned with international growth goals.
• Assess market potential, consumer trends, competitors, and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Adapt the global cfab strategy into a locally relevant go-to-market plan.
• Propel revenue, growth, and key business performance indicators.
• Evaluate market performance and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams in Marketing, Influencer Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail, Finance, Operations, and others.
• Execute local modifications across marketing, content, partnerships, and commercial initiatives.
• Establish and maintain local partnerships, agencies, creators, and other market stakeholders.
• Build and oversee a local team, including recruitment, structuring, and defining responsibilities.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team.
• Create efficient processes and frameworks for market scaling.
• Manage projects from conception through to execution.
• Provide regular performance updates, opportunities, and challenges to leadership.
• Several years of experience in E-Commerce, D2C, Fashion, Retail, or a similar consumer-focused business.
• Proven track record in building or scaling a market, business unit, or similar organization.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. market, including its consumers and relevant growth channels.
• Experience in developing and executing market or go-to-market strategies.
• Solid commercial acumen with a strong emphasis on revenue generation and growth.
• Proficient in working with business KPIs and making decisions based on data.
• Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and mentoring teams.
• Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• High initiative with the ability to make swift decisions in changing priorities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level) is essential.
• Must be currently residing in the U.S. or possess a valid work permit for the U.S.
• Fully remote work from any location within the U.S.
