This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take charge of the development and expansion of cfab in Poland.
• Create and implement the local market strategy in alignment with international growth goals.
• Assess market potential, consumer trends, competitors, and new avenues for growth.
• Adapt the global cfab strategy into a suitable local go-to-market plan.
• Drive revenue, growth, and relevant business KPIs.
• Evaluate market performance and establish actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Influencer Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail, Finance, Operations, and others.
• Identify and execute local adaptations in marketing, content, partnerships, and commercial initiatives.
• Develop and manage local partnerships, agencies, creators, and other market collaborators.
• Build the local team, focusing on recruitment, organizational structure, and areas of responsibility.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team.
• Establish effective processes and structures to facilitate further market expansion.
• Manage projects from initial concept to execution.
• Regularly communicate performance, opportunities, and challenges to leadership.
• Several years of experience in E-Commerce, D2C, Fashion, Retail, or a similar consumer-focused business.
• Proven track record in building or scaling a market, business unit, or comparable organization.
• Strong understanding of the Polish local market, consumer behavior, and relevant growth channels.
• Experience in developing and implementing market or go-to-market strategies.
• Solid commercial acumen with a strong emphasis on revenue and growth.
• Familiarity with business KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in building, leading, and developing teams.
• Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• High initiative and the ability to make swift decisions in changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) is required.
• Proficient in Polish at a native or business-fluent level.
• Currently residing in Poland.
• Valid work permit for Poland.
• Fully Remote Work from anywhere in Poland.
