Country Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Operate on the ground to design, refine, and expand every aspect of Build AI's physical-labor data collection system.

• Identify potential opportunities and regions for growth.

• Independently implement launch strategies from inception to full-scale execution.

• Build local sales teams to engage in door-to-door and cold-calling initiatives.

• Manage Meta advertisements or user-generated content campaigns.

• Execute mass cold outreach campaigns.

• Forge partnerships with local entrepreneurs, politicians, and businesses.

• Assess whether Build AI's data collection initiative is successful in Argentina or Uruguay and contributes to the company’s global achievements.

• Must be physically located in Argentina or Uruguay.

• A high-agency, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset is essential.

• Must be willing to work with a high degree of autonomy and operate on-site.

• Committed to working at a fast pace and fully dedicating oneself to the company.

• Willingness to travel globally and potentially stay overnight in factories.

• Enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges.

• Interest in the physical AI and data collection industries.

• Capable of building local sales teams, running Meta ads or UGC campaigns, conducting mass cold outreach, and establishing partnerships.
