This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of and implement the overarching business strategy for Brazil in alignment with Provenir's global growth objectives.
• Create and sustain a long-term growth strategy for the Brazilian market.
• Recognize emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive challenges.
• Act as Provenir's representative among customers, partners, industry associations, and at market events.
• Enhance market awareness and reinforce Provenir's position as a premier decisioning solution provider.
• Manage the country's revenue, bookings, and profitability goals.
• Formulate annual operating plans, forecasts, and growth projections.
• Oversee business performance, gross margin, commercial efficiency, sales effectiveness, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Executive Leadership to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
• Propel strategic account expansion and optimize customer lifetime value.
• Lead intricate enterprise pursuits with banks, fintechs, lenders, payment providers, and digital financial institutions.
• Build executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders and key decision-makers in business.
• Personally engage in significant strategic opportunities and large transformational deals.
• Steer negotiations for enterprise agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure the implementation of a disciplined sales process and forecasting methodology across the region.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team in Brazil.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and customer success.
• Recruit, nurture, and retain top talent as the business expands.
• Collaborate with Presales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
• Over 12 years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, fintech, or financial technology leadership roles.
• A proven history of driving revenue growth in Brazil within banking, lending, risk, fraud, analytics, or relevant technology sectors.
• Experience in owning or influencing P&L performance.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling commercial organizations.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to influence Board-level and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in leading complex enterprise sales cycles and managing large strategic accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian financial services ecosystem.
• Robust strategic planning, forecasting, and business management skills.
