Cost & Budget Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with international clinical study teams and Controlling to prepare cost calculations for studies.

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and guidelines while processing payments for contract research organizations and study sites.

• Review and finalize contracts pertaining to payment processing.

• Analyze and monitor the development of study costs and budget performance.

• Calculate and manage accruals/provisions in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Act as a central communication hub and point of contact for all stakeholders regarding cost and payment management.

• Oversee cost calculations, budget management, payment processing, and reporting for clinical trials on both regional and global scales.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.

• Proficient in MS Office 365.

• Experience with SAP FI is a plus.

• Strong numerical skills.

• A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented work approach.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Fluency in Business English.

• Proficiency in the German language is advantageous.
