Corporate Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Provide travel advice and arrangements for corporate clients, including both individuals and groups.

• Conduct analysis and research on travel options, proactively identifying traveler needs to promote additional services.

• Organize and book both domestic and international business travel across various modes, including air, road, rail, and accommodations.

• Utilize Global Distribution Systems such as Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus.

• Ensure adherence to clients' travel policies, service-provider guidelines, and regulatory standards.

• Employ effective telephone service techniques and accommodate special customer requests.

• Work collaboratively with the team to mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing service quality.

• Deliver service as part of a 24/7 Traveler Care operation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expert knowledge of GDS, with a preference for Sabre.

• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Commitment to integrity and safeguarding personal traveler information.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel sector, including business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation experience.

• Capability to swiftly resolve customer issues independently or through supplier collaboration.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and receptiveness to feedback.

• Willingness to work overnight shifts, ideally starting between 8:30 PM and 10:30 PM.

• Availability to work on weekends.
