Corporate Transformation Manager, Supply Chain & Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Direct and manage comprehensive supply chain and procurement transformation projects for retail and consumer products organizations.

• Collaborate within cross-functional teams throughout the entire value chain: planning, sourcing, production, and delivery.

• Assist merchandising teams in developing sourcing and category strategies, reducing COGS, and enhancing the buying operating model.

• Design, implement, and refine planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes and technologies.

• Enhance operations in manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, and logistics.

• Fortify retail store operations to align with customer expectations and organizational strategy.

• Partner with merchandising, category management, supply chain, and store operations stakeholders.

• Perform analysis, generate insights, and create reports, models, roadmaps, proposals, and thought leadership materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong consulting experience or a demonstrated history of delivering projects and transformations in top Retail and Consumer Products organizations.

• In-depth knowledge of retail and consumer products market dynamics, encompassing demand and inventory management, sourcing, category management, transportation and logistics, and store operations.

• Proficiency in developing and executing strategies, designing and improving operating models, leading end-to-end technology transformations, and achieving commercial and process excellence.

• Advisory or practical experience with forecasting, replenishment, and merchandising technologies.

• Interest or experience in working with AI.

• Strong curiosity, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Capacity to challenge the status quo, adapt, and manage ambiguity.

• Experience in at least one sector, such as FMCG & retail, energy, utilities & resources.

• A degree and relevant professional qualifications are highly valued.
