Corporate TA Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to outline role requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies for construction and project-based positions.

• Conduct recruitment across various sectors including information technology, accounting and finance, sales, human resources, and operational support.

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, direct outreach, networking, and market mapping.

• Evaluate and assess candidates for both technical and behavioral compatibility.

• Offer structured feedback and recommendations regarding candidates to hiring managers.

• Oversee multiple open positions concurrently, especially during periods of heightened project activity.

• Coordinate subsequent steps and guarantee timely progression through the hiring process.

• Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers, providing updates, visibility into the pipeline, and market insights.

• Navigate high-pressure, dynamic environments with changing priorities and direct communication with stakeholders.

• Implement targeted sourcing strategies and adjust searches based on candidate quality and market conditions.

• Ensure a positive and consistent experience for candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of recruiting experience supporting corporate functions in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• Prior experience in agency recruiting and/or highly proactive in-house sourcing environments is strongly preferred.

• Proven track record of building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, outreach, and networking.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with field leadership and hiring managers.

• Experience working in fast-paced, project-driven environments with changing priorities.

• Capability to recruit across multiple locations and diverse labor markets.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
