Corporate Spanish Trainer – English Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tanzania.

📋 Description

• Provide live online Spanish language instruction to business professionals.

• Conduct one-on-one and small-group sessions.

• Implement goFLUENT's established teaching methods in lessons.

• Develop an interactive and supportive virtual learning atmosphere.

• Foster active participation from learners.

• Assist executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, scientists, and other professionals in enhancing their workplace communication skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.

• Preference for candidates with experience in teaching or training adults.

• Corporate or professional background is a plus.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish.

• Comfortable utilizing video conferencing platforms for instruction.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Professional, engaging, and focused on learner needs.

• Quiet, dedicated workspace with stability.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection: 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• PC or laptop running Windows 10 or later, or Mac with Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma.

• Requires an Intel Core i5 12th generation / i7 11th generation or equivalent processor, or MacBook Pro/Air with M1 chip.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM needed.

• At least 20 GB of free disk space required.

• Must be available for shifts aligned with Europe Time.

• Minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

• Flexibility to work any day of the week to meet the weekly hours requirement.
