This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary relationship manager and administrator for Avendra, Atrium’s Group Purchasing Organization.

• Oversee program compliance, assess and introduce category suppliers, perform property-level business evaluations, address partner and property concerns, and optimize rebates and allowances.

• Direct vendor management, including vendor listings, negotiations, sourcing of goods and services, pricing strategies, and credit terms.

• Negotiate organization-wide purchase agreements and purchase orders while tracking contracted costs.

• Maintain Atrium’s supplier master and manage procurement-related Coupa workflow.

• Promote property adoption, ensure purchase-order compliance, and foster continuous process enhancements.

• Spearhead supplier onboarding, catalog and PunchOut setup, and cXML invoicing conversion within Coupa.

• Evaluate, approve, or decline new supplier applications and integrate Certificate of Insurance collection into the onboarding process.

• Supervise purchasing agents and guarantee competitive terms for operational purchasing.

• Assist with capital improvement purchasing for FF&E and OS&E in collaboration with the CapEx team.

• Monitor, document, and report on both hard and soft savings and rebate results.

• Develop and maintain a verifiable savings measurement methodology.

• Oversee enterprise supplier relationships and agreements across various categories.

• Promote responsible, diverse, and sustainable sourcing initiatives.

• Facilitate the integration of new acquisitions into corporate procurement programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing a Procure-to-Pay platform, including supplier onboarding, catalog management, workflow governance, and user adoption initiatives.

• Familiarity with cXML and PunchOut processes.

• More than 5 years of purchasing experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in hotel operations.

• A strong track record in managing procurement programs, achieving measurable savings, fulfilling sourcing performance metrics, and enhancing user and supplier compliance.

• Demonstrated accountability for enterprise sourcing initiatives, bid processes, supplier negotiations, contract management, and spend optimization.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of Avendra, US Foods, and prominent hotel brands.
