This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assess and analyze payor contracts, amendments, and policies prior to the launch of new payors.
β’ Record essential contract terms and escalate any unclear or potentially risky language.
β’ Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to contracts.
β’ Ensure accurate documentation for billing, eligibility, and payor launch teams.
β’ Develop and implement a contract repository along with AI payor intelligence tools.
β’ Systematize and transfer contract documentation.
β’ Define key terms and verify the accuracy of AI search results.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address identified risks and fill information gaps with payor partners.
β’ Evaluate reimbursement methodologies to ensure financial accuracy through the preliminary review of contracts.
β’ Recognize opportunities for process enhancements in managing an expanding contract portfolio.
β’ Practical experience with payor contracts, amendments, provider manuals, or payor policies.
β’ Capability to locate and navigate contract documents to extract pertinent information.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proficiency in conveying complex contract details clearly to cross-functional partners.
β’ Skill in identifying vague, risky, or significant contract language.
β’ Ability to escalate issues with appropriate context and suggested next steps.
β’ Knowledge of the revenue cycle, including timely filing windows, reimbursement terminology, and claim routing.
β’ Experience with behavioral health payors is an advantage.
β’ Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
