Corporate Development Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of developing and annually updating GFiber’s comprehensive 10-year integrated financial model.

• Work collaboratively with leaders across various functions to convert long-term strategic objectives into detailed multi-year forecasts.

• Create and sustain financial models to assess acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

• Aid in evaluating funding strategies and executing financing initiatives, such as debt issuances and managing credit facilities.

• Provide support throughout the entire M&A process, from initial screening and due diligence to deal structuring and post-transaction integration.

• Perform financial modeling and conduct in-depth research on the telecommunications industry.

• Assist in managing GFiber’s relationships with external financing partners.

• Support activities related to capital markets, M&A analysis and execution, as well as long-term financial planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an investment banking analyst.

• At least 2 years of experience utilizing Excel, with a proven ability to build complex, multi-year integrated financial models.

• 2 years of direct experience with debt capital market transactions.

• Knowledge of capital structure optimization and cash flow waterfall mechanics.

• 2 years of experience in managing and interpreting large data sets to identify long-term trends and drivers.
