Corporate Development Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Act as the main administrative liaison for corporate development between DMS, its clients, and partners.

• Supervise the responses to task and delivery orders, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality-focused delivery.

• Formulate and lead cross-functional teams for task or delivery order responses.

• Facilitate collaboration, resource sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Utilize project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and manage competing schedules and delivery timelines.

• Organize access to client-provided systems and portals.

• Adapt to evolving customer priorities, new requirements, and operational hurdles.

• Oversee corporate and business development, task order administration, communication, and reporting.

• Ensure that technical, cost, schedule, quality, and contractual obligations are met through regular status meetings and reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a corporate or business development role is preferred.

• Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent task orders or delivery orders within a federal contracting context.

• In-depth knowledge of contract management, project lifecycle management, risk management, quality management, and performance measurement.

• Proficient in NextStage, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar project management, business development, or collaboration tools.

• Experience in reviewing corporate materials and creating executive dashboards, performance metrics, data visualizations, and customer reports.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, administrative, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

• Highly detail-oriented and organized.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or a related discipline.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• PMP certification is highly desirable.
