Corporate Designer – Project Style

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate different AI-generated iterations of the same deliverable

• Assess deliverables based on layout and spacing, typography, color, domain accuracy, and refinement

• Refine the most promising candidate to align with quality standards

• Offer clear rationales linked to specific layout evidence, such as alignment, spacing, balance, grouping, and density

• Utilize design judgment on actual corporate client materials

• Contribute human expertise to the training and enhancement of AI systems

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in design, marketing/communications, or knowledge work specialization

• Relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, in-house corporate design, agency work, or marketing communications is acceptable

• Capability to detect subtle layout discrepancies, including alignment issues, unequal card heights, unused space, and margin discipline

• Strong design acumen regarding business deliverables

• Proficiency in articulating design assessments in written form

• Submit a resume

• Complete the Corporate Designer calibration assessment (approximately 45 minutes)

• Commitment of around 15 hours per week

• Must operate as an independent contractor

• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible
