Corporate Designer – Project Style

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated versions of identical deliverables

• Assess deliverables based on layout and spacing, typography, color, domain realism, and overall refinement

• Revise the most promising candidate to reflect quality standards

• Offer clear rationales linked to specific layout evidence, encompassing alignment, spacing, balance, grouping, and density

• Utilize design judgment on materials for corporate clients

• Influence the development of AI models to produce polished, publish-ready knowledge work

• Collaborate with top researchers on initiatives aimed at training and refining AI systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a designer, marketing/comms expert, or knowledge-work professional

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, in-house corporate design, agency roles, or marcom is advantageous

• Capability to discern subtle layout discrepancies, such as alignment issues, uneven card heights, unused space, and margin concerns

• Proficiency in articulating design assessments in written form

• Ability to analyze layout and spacing in corporate deliverables

• Submit a resume

• Complete the Corporate Designer calibration assessment, which takes approximately 45 minutes

• Must not hold H1-B or STEM OPT status
